About Us

We are a small general insurance broker and life insurance adviser business based in Brisbane.

Our major point of difference is that we offer products and services for both general insurance and life insurance, which requires two separate licences in Australia.

General Insurance

For the general insurance, our licensee is Community Broker Network (CBN), which is part of the Steadfast Group. As a small business, we offer a friendly and personalised service to our clients, but we have the backing of CBN, which is the largest general insurance licensee in Australia, and the Steadfast Group, which is the largest general insurance broker network in Australia. This provides us with access to a large range of insurance companies, and the highest quality products on the market.

Life Insurance

For the life insurance, our licensee is Life Plan FP Australia (LPA). Through LPA, we have access to the major retail life insurance companies in Australia, which have the highest quality products on the market. Unlike most financial advice business, we operate under a general advice model, which allows us to educate our clients to choose the cover they need in a simplified stress-free process.

Director / Life Insurance Adviser / General Insurance Broker

Craig Muldoon is the founder and director of Stress Free Insurance and has built the business from the ground up. Craig is qualified as both a life insurance adviser and general insurance broker.

Caroline Kelly

Client Services Officer

Caroline joined Stress Free Insurance in August, 2022 as a client services officer to provide administration services for our clients. Caroline brings many years of experience in the financial services industry and her goal is to make clients happy.
